Right now my top 4 are Beau Is Afraid, Mad God, Mulholland Drive, and Aftersun.

That is such a chaotic yet brilliant top 4. Mad God and Mulholland Drive back-to-back is enough to give anyone a beautiful existential crisis! Honestly, anyone who unironically gives Zardoz and Southland Tales 5 stars is someone I’d trust for a movie night—you clearly value "vision" and world-building over everything else.
Since you seem to gravitate toward films that explore the subconscious and unique "vibes," you might enjoy diving into some self-discovery stuff that’s just as niche. I’ve been spending time on
Quiz Cabin lately; they have some really interesting tests that go beyond the usual surface-level stuff.
Given your taste for movies that mess with your head or have a very specific "look," you should definitely try their
Mental Age Test
(especially after the emotional weight of Aftersun) or the
Aesthetic Quiz to see if your personal vibe actually matches your film list. Keep the weird picks coming!
